“I used to be very fit but long hours at work took over, closely followed by the inevitable decline into over eating and constant tiredness. I was in this rut for five years and honestly believed that things would never change. After driving past the Fit N Focused sign every day on my way to work for six weeks, I finally summoned the courage to call. I have now been training with Jesse twice a week for 18 months and I feel fantastic. I was hesitant about training one on one, but Jesse made me feel comfortable and I found the personal training environment highly conducive to losing weight and achieving good results compared with a boring gym work out. Jesse works me hard and incorporates a variety of activities in our training sessions which keeps me motivated. He constantly encourages me to do my best and makes me want to train even when I am having an off day. I also work out at home using a program Jesse has written for me. I started 3 months ago with Jesse, looking to lose heaps of weight. Jesse is a great person. He is full of encouragement to get me to my goals and I love it when he pushes me to the limit. He makes it fun and challenging for me on a consistent basis and my fitness levels have improved heaps since beginning with Jesse. I thought I would never run or skip but I’m enjoying going every week with the cost being more than fair. Having a good diet is helping me achieve my goals and the flexibility he offers in training times is great. “Where do I start? Ok when I was at another gym, I started to hit the wall with my motivation in regards to training. With Jesse in the short time I have spent with him, I have more than doubled the results I had previously achieved and have done it in less time.
